Features

This grass is extremely resistant to temperature changes and disease, offering excellent foot traffic and wear tolerance. It has an extensive root system, fine texture and dark green colour, with accelerated spring greening. Ideal for parks, residential and commercial areas, this grass is made up of at least 3 cultivars and tolerates sun well because of the Kentucky bluegrass. It is designed for sandy loam soils (50% sand, 35% silt, 12% clay, 3% humus) or clay loam soils (50% clay, 35% silt, 12% sand, 3% humus). Our sod is 15 mm thick (~5/8") and the recommended mowing height is between 75-85 mm, ensuring the grass stays thick enough to cover the soil, even at 1.5 m tall.

• 90% of our seed mixes are A-LIST turfs (Alliance for Low Input Sustainable Turf).
• At the time of sowing: Kentucky bluegrass andperennial ryegrass. No dicotyledon seeds. All premium Gold Tag seeds.
• The grass will reach full maturity after 2years and be composed exclusively of Kentucky bluegrass (100%).
• 0% other varieties or plant/clover/weedspecies (broadleaf or other)
• 0% Bentgrass

A-LIST turfs are an independent non-profit initiative in the industry that help promote sustainable grass varieties and related products with lower maintenance needs that benefit the environment. A-LIST is a voluntary program that promotes conserving water, reducing traffic and the use of fertilizers, and improving heat and drought tolerance, all without the use of fungicides or insecticides.
