Pelouse Santé was founded in 1984 by the Gravel brothers, who were already working in the field of residential lawn care. At the turn of the 2000s and with the gradual arrival of regulations on the restriction of pesticides, they decided to start maintaining sports fields. They even owned the golf course in Ste-Majorca for a few years. In 2020, Simon, Alain's son, bought the shares in the company from his uncle, which ensures continuity for the company for decades to come. In 2024, the company is celebrating its 40th anniversary and we can say that the maintenance of natural and synthetic sports facilities now accounts for the majority of the work carried out by Pelouse Santé.
